Yes, I agree that we want to cluster the "file" items and the "action" 
items. Perhaps the preferences items should be the buffer zone between 
those two. We'll play with the ordering and see which works best. The 
next step, though, is to make sure that we are including in that menu 
all of the contents of the "Computer" icon, dynamically.
