Install from newest cd issues

I noticed some issues after installing from the latest CD:

I wasn't ever asked for a hostname, so all of the debconf mails never made
it (dont really care) and they hung up the installer in the first stage
every time one was trying to be sent.

Dual monitor setups aren't configured, not a huge deal.

I'm having a hell of a time getting CUPS to say that paper should be
letter, not a4. (Or at least when I try and print a test page from the
gnome printer stuff.) I can't seem to get the printer paper options from
the gnome printer tools. I was unable to login to cups via the web
either. I had to remove the authentication from /admin to get in.

I reconfigured libpaper1 to letter, but it still isn't cooperating.

I'm going to mess with it some more, but its definately not 'easy' as the
stock debian cups stuff. Now cups is complaining about the input its
getting from the web frontend, it might be epiphany so I'm going to try
mozilla to make the changes.
