i dont think it is unrealistic for most of the time, but during
high-load times we might fall behind

i guess thats how we should start, long term i think the "one per
commit" is still a good target but we need to make sure the infra will
cope with that (i.e. making sure builds don't pile up in the queue but
get canceled and we still get all changes in a later build even if we
skip one etc)
