Terminology cleanup: snaps vs. apps

This is almost the exact opposite of what we're trying to do, Ted.

We're consolidating and simplifying terminology, syntax, and semantics so
we can all understand and get behind our own design in a comfortable way.

Instead of:

I hope you can appreciate why at some point.
