Raspberry Pi 2 update

Hi,

I'd like to provide Raspberry folks with an updated image; I've sorted the
firmware and U-Boot bits now, so it's just a question of integration with
our tools. I wanted to share a quick update and my working files.

Unfortunately, GPT isn't supported by the SPL firmware  :-(

Also tested with Paolo's new kernel; seems to work fine!
