Documentation on the images structure/how to debug invalid builds?

This branch is still in WiP because it was created by the CI team in
order to build new images out of proposed, and then feed that at
ubuntu-device-flash when doing the self-tests validation for
proposed-migration.

Please sync with Joe and Celso as they should also know how they are
repacking the rootfs that gets produced out livecd-rootfs in order to
produce a valid image.
