Heads up for the first stable update for Snappy 15.04

Image 82 is our final RC, and was validated in kvm, beagle, rpi2 and
at our cloud targets, so we're good to go :-)

Now the only remaining step is validating that our tools are also
fully functional
(https://launchpad.net/~snappy-dev/+archive/ubuntu/tools), and that
the pre-built images are also working as expected. Once everything is
validated, we'll promote 82 to stable and do the proper announcement
(which should happen tomorrow / wednesday).
