Translation Support

I filed one bug about gettext translation (well understood problem, only
affects our code):

And another bug for the problems of package.yaml, readme.md, and
license.txt, which requires more thought:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/snappy/+bug/1462089

This way we can assign/prioritize as we like.
