No worry, Steve replied on IRC and it looks like vivid+ppa
goget-ubuntu-touch version is not recent enough and doesn't contain the
uefi enablement bits. I'm going to try the version from
https://launchpad.net/~snappy-dev/+archive/ubuntu/tools/
