Hi,
    I have download your device_part_ninjasphere.tar.xz.

take a look at my blog post [1] for getting an initial port up with some
real world example ... the error you get above looks like the device
tarball you provide can not be unpacked properly, check the filesystem
structure and that all needed files are in place (you could compare it
with one of the tarballs at [2])
