[Snappy ubuntu core ]issues while extracting:

Hi
I have cleaned $HOME/.cache/ubuntuimages .and execute the commend again.
pillar at ubuntu:~$ sudo ubuntu-device-flash -v core -o my-snappy.img --size 4 --channel ubuntu-core/devel --device generic_armhf --platform am335x-boneblack --enable-ssh --device-part=./devices.tar.xz

Is this error message cut off? Besides what Oliver said, it could also
be that your download of the non-device parts somewhat got corrupted
etc.
You could try cleaning your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuimages to see if that's the case.
