Updated snappy images

Hello Snappy Enthusiasts,

in order to prevent accidental issues we started to use a staging
channel called "devel-proposed" that receives our daily commits. Our
goal is to have daily image promotions from "devel-proposed" to
"devel" but we held this back until we had a image testing framework
in place.

With that now being there we are happy to let you know that we tested
the image r197 for amd64 from ubuntu-core/devel-proposed and decided
to promote it to the ubuntu-core/devel channel.

This means that you will see a new version of "ubuntu-core" via
"snappy versions" and you can upgrade to it via "snappy update" - note
that the update will take a while without displaying progress. This is
a bug that is fixed with the update so in the future you will see a
progress spinner :)

A bunch of updates and fixes went into this image [1], some highlights
include:
- apparmor confinement fixes (e.g. fixes uname)
- snappy build improvements including generating default apparmor
  profiles
- snappy supports stop/stop-timeout for services properly
- snappy keeps the previous versions of a application by default (no
  automatic garbage collection)
- snappy rollback <app> added
- snappy update show progress spinner when a ubuntu-core update is
  applied
- snappy config implemented

If you always want to run the latest image, you can simply create a
image via:

  $ sudo ubuntu-device-flash core --channel=ubuntu-core/devel-proposed \
      --output snappy-proposed.img

More improvements are coming in the next days and the other
architectures get promoted soon too. We will promote the images on a
regular basis from now on.

Cheers,
 The snappy team
