sudo and snappy binaries

hi,

someone asked on IRC why we don't have a fully fledged vim on
ubuntu-core ...
I thought it would be a good finger training to quickly build one (took
5mins to modify node-snapper to provide me the right setup and another 5
min to roll a snap from this ... now I have to invest 1h to find a
proper svg icon for the store ...)

the initial snap can be found at
http://people.canonical.com/~ogra/snappy/vim.ogra_7.4.488-1_multi.snap

one thing i noticed though ...

while the following works:

ubuntu at localhost:~$ vim.vim.ogra --version|head -1
VIM - Vi IMproved 7.4 (2013 Aug 10, compiled Dec 9 2014 17:42:04)
ubuntu at localhost:~$

it seems that our snappy path is suppressed when trying to use sudo:

ubuntu at localhost:~$ sudo vim.vim.ogra --version|head -1
sudo: vim.vim.ogra: command not found

is this intentional or is this a bug ?

ciao
