We have code in the initrd that forces the clock to the last mount time
of the rootfs on boot as a workaround. Sadly this code was not used in
the first RPi2 images (look for the "fixrtc" keyword in /proc/cmdline,
you can hack it in yourself if wanted in /boot/uboot/cmdline.txt).
 
This still gives you a wrong time but only off by a small enough margin
that commands do not fall over.

Work to fully integrate with systemd's timesyncd is going on but not
fully finished yet, this will then give you the proper time in future
images.

The updated image with fixrtc on by default should be available soon on
via the RPi.org website ...
