Snappy image for Vagrant doesn't authenticate

It looks like a stale cache.

Can you try: ubuntu/ubuntu-15.04-snappy-core-edge-amd64 or
ubuntu/ubuntu-15.04-snappy-core-stable ? The "devel" channel has been
deprecated now that we have a Snappy 1.0. I've pointed the "devel"
builds at the edge channel. However, in the future, it will be deleted.
