As you may have noticed, snapcraft 2.5 was announced[1]. One of the main
things released with it is an initial kernel plugin to be used to enable
new boards or just start to get familiar with kernels and snappy Ubuntu
Core.
While I don't intend to specify the full list of requirements to get a
functioning kernel I have written a small post showing how to get there
using the Dragonboard and the kernel from 96boards right here [2]
