RFC: snapcraft sources keyword for parts

We could extend the base plugin to handle a patchset easily enough. In
other words, any given source tree could be complemented by a collection
of patches.

This is of course veering more into traditional package management
territory, and I think our preferred approach initially would be as
Oliver suggested that the part just be pointed at a local branch of the
upstream, which would include the relevant patches.
