Snappy developer tools

I am facing dependency problems when installing snappy-tools. I tried two
different up-to-date Ubuntu boxes, one running 14.04, the other one a VM
with 14.10. These are the commands I executed:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:snappy-dev/beta
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
$ sudo apt-get install snappy-tools bzr

The last command gives the following error message:

Is the current beta version busted? Am I missing something here?
