Snappy app usage

It starts off running. The owncloud package, invokes docker run to actually
download a docker image of owncloud and deploy it. That image download can
take some time depending on your network bandwidth. It will be available on
port 443/https once its running. if your logged into the machine you can
use docker ps / events or sysd log utils to watch its progress/status.
