For godeps look at the juju folk (ping balloons on irc).<br>
For dump, it is pretty straightforward, the tomcat maven example/demo in<br>
the sources use it.<br>
Rust is contributed by the community, I have no example but know elopio<br>
ran a project with it.<br>

In any case, `snapcraft help <plugin-name>` is what you need to get started.<br>
