Kernel plugin: Avoid redownloading os.snap on a local Git repo

Boy, I sure hope replying this way worked. Like a loser, I subscribed
in Digest mode. Fixed that now.

This doesn't really help, Snapcraft simply says that 'pull' for
'kernel' is out of date, and that I should clean then pull again.
