Snapcraft tool under debian armhf

Would it be easier for now just to create a squashfs out of a prepared
directory manually?

definitions. The rest looks like it is copied as is and snapcraft.yaml just
got arch field added into snap.yaml.

As you can see we are not really using any snapcraft feature except
archiving.
