snapcraft 2.26 has been released

Lots of cool stuff landing in Snapcraft. Can we get a "snapcraft-
version" key in the snapcraft.yaml file? When I use the newer features
people who have the old version get a schema error. I'd rather they get
something like "Snapcraft 2.26 required" so they know how to fix it.
