Wifi setup problem on Bubblegum 96board ubuntu core snappy

The yaml file is set as below:
$ cat /etc/netplan/00-config.yaml
Then, run the netplan tool.
$ sudo netplan apply
$ sudo netplan ifupdown-migrate
Unsupported method ppp
where am i wrong ? How to make the netplan works ?
