This really much looks like your app is directly talking with ALSA
instead of pulseaudio. Can you verify this? The pulseaudio interface
currently only allows directly talking with pulseaudio but AFAIK not
using the ALSA pulse plugin. Can't say that for sure but this is what it
looks like.
