I add test part

  testsite:
   command: bin/xdg-open "http://ubuntu.com/"

I see a problem

$ app.testsite
Failed to open connection to "session" message bus: Failed to connect to 
socket /tmp/dbus-OQWDAcdbVG: Permission denied
