  * debian/patches/fix-setup-requirements.patch: Rebase on top of
    new upstream requirements.txt file.

    - [4ffeead] User a more accurate max_delay for reconnects
    - [6637acd] Checks for presence of Hyper-V cpu metrics before accessing
