  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - Disable building the SWI-Prolog bindings as its in universe.

  * Fix typo in libppl-doc dependencies.
  * Proper fix to build with both gmp 5.0 and 5.1.

    this time.

  * Fix build failure in testsuite on sparc, s390, s390x.
  * Don't try to build the prolog bindings on arm64 and hurd-i386.
