  * Extending dbus-activation hack to non-upstart sessions.
  * Adding a WindowType to the BAMF Window Mock.
  * Increase timeouts and further push out voice init for the phone.
  * Adds the ability to switch contexts in the application sources. This
    required splitting out a bunch code into a new context object.
    Unfortunately a big change.
  * Complete toolbar support.
  * Making file naming consistent.
  * When creating a new matcher get the focused window.
  * Don't trust BAMF to give us a correct application when windows are
    being closed.
  * Clear the refresh id when running the idle function.
  * Refresh models who are base models not leaf models.

    required splitting out a bunch code into a new context object.

  * libhud/action-publisher.c: * fix use-after-free if exporting of a
    publisher fails * fix the overall publisher export logic * fix
    memory leak when freeing HudActionPublisherActionGroupSet.
