    This is cherry-pick of upstream commits 33f6fa78/33cca300 and fixes the
    testsuite issues that caused FTBFS on armel/armhf/kfreebsd/hurd
  * debian/control: move doxygen to Build-Depends-Indep (Closes: #706801)
