  * Faster startup * use more Loader and use source instead of
    sourComponent * introduce lazy loaded mediaLibrary that holds all
    the media files * remove unused organic album view.
  * Load the media object from the DB without checkin for the files (and
    separate queries) Do a datastructure / file syetem consitency check
    in a background thread.
  * Reduce use of singleton.
  * More robust test for opening a photo.
  * Don't do file monitoring during editing.
