Specifications to improve Rosetta's template view.

Hi

I'm a French translator. I find Paolo Sammicheli's idea very 
interesting. A "needwork" tree could save much time.
I got a few ideas to improve Rosetta's use too.
- A possibility to comment a translation (I think to context-dependent 
translations).
- Translations commonly accepted and reviewed sometimes include spelling 
errors.
   How could the focus be set on them ?
