Rosetta reverts translations to old (faulty) values *again*

This is (at least) the second time during Edgy development that Rosetta
has fucked up the Dutch translation, and this time we can't fix it
anymore before the release...   :-(

Seriously guys, but I'm thinking about moving Dutch Ubuntu translations
away from Rosetta to our own infrastructure, because there is no way we
can keep working like this.
