Well, those kind of translations are auto approved automatically, the
main problem there is that we got an OO.org upload and its .po files
takes two days to complete and the script that approves your uploads is
the same that is doing the import.
I'm thinking on split the script so one does the import and another one,
does the approvals but it's not a high priority for me atm because that
split will not get your upload imported faster, it just will change its
status from 'Needs review' to 'Approved' faster, but if the queue is
big, you cannot do anything.
There is another improvement that would do it faster, someone suggested
me (I think it came from Jordi Mallach), to give high priority to manual
uploads over automatic uploads. I need to think a bit about it, but atm,
I think it's a good improvement and I guess we would implement it soon.

P.S.: I think that in one hour or so, the OO.org's .po files will be
fully imported and the queue should be back to normality.
