Yes. I've been holding this one while I confirmed that the easiest way
to migrate your 3.2 translations is just to export them and import them
again.

I'm going to do this for you in the next minutes. For your next series,
you can simply "export all translations", then make a tar.gz with the
new pot and the old po files, and upload that as the stuff for the new
series.
