Import of installation-guide

Hi all,

I wonder why only 50% of my Swedish translation of installation-guide 
has been imported?
When I try to manually import it, it will not add more..
I did have a look at the 'untranslated' strings and what I can see, they 
match the original 'translated'.

What is wrong?

Btw.. will you add the new POT? 2 days ago, Frans Pop (Debian) changed a 
few vital strings concerning GPL translations. These should also affect 
the Ubuntu version.
