Yes, this changed a while back with the new import queue. You can use
the "Upload translations" link in
https://launchpad.net/products/zope/3.3/+translations and it will go to
the queue.

I noticed your series name isn't following the old zopex.x pattern. You
might want to unify that, for convenience.
