There is an installation guide for Dapper too:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/installation-guide
This is a guide for the installer CD, rather than for installing from
the live CD. It seems translation hasn't been setup in rosetta, despite
the fact that the upstream translations and pot templates are in the
source package. Maybe Carlos/Jordi can sort this out for you.
