Blender Translation Day

Thanks to the help of Carlos,

things are ready to go on the Rosetta side for the Blender translation
day.  I'd like to change the date to the 9th of April instead of the
2nd.

I'll be emailing the times of day later this week.  Something I hadn't
consided but was mentioned in regards to the organization of another
meeting on the India list is that the internet connection for some
(many?) users in countries such as India is only via their employer
and weekday times after work are the only time they have access.

So I may need to end up trying to do an alternative time that is a
weekday or some other arrangement to try and accomodate such
individuals.
