Important Packages to Translate

Hi,

I have started a small list to help new teams to decide what to translate
first in Rosetta so they can see results in Ubuntu soon. I myself have spent
lots of hours to find the names of important packages, since I was new to
Linux when I started using Rosetta and did not know what "gdm" or
"gnome-panel" meant.
