Changing the source for a product

Not so very recently we moved our product, Silva, from a cvs
repository to an svn one. I just now tried to update the launchpad RCS
source, but couldn't, because the old CVS was 'verified'. Is there a
way I can change this myself, or is admin intervention needed? I think
the CVS is no longer running, and even if it is, it is way out of
date, so I'd really like to lead people in the right direction if
they're looking to check out Silva.
