Convert original OOo .po files to Rosetta .po files

Hi,

Recently our regional government financed the galician OpenOffice
translation. AFAIK it is not in the upstream version yet, but they
released the ".po" files, so I want to upload them to Rosetta.

This issue was discussed before, but it is not clear to me how to
convert the original OOo ".po" files to the Rosetta ones.  Anyone can
help me please?
