suggestions problem

Hello all,
I've encountered a problem with the suggestions in Rosetta and I
wonder if any of you experience it too.
When you start to translate a package in Rosetta that hadn't been
translated at all before, suggestions won't show up until you have
translated at least one string in the page your viewing. Only after
you submit a string do the suggestions appear.
