In general, the files from the GNOME sources should be imported
automatically when a new version of a GNOME module is uploaded to
ubuntu. Right now, Dapper is still not open for translation, but
whatever the Czech team is doing in GNOME's CVS, it will appear in
Ubuntu, without then eed to manually merge them.
Dapper translations will happen soon, in February.
