After some research I've found your Creole variant would probably fall
in the Creole (Portuguese based) category, as there doesn't seem to be
individual ISO codes for all the Creole variants that exist in the
world.
If you agree to do your work using the Portuguese Creole code (cpp), we
can start do do whatever is necessary to make Ubuntu translatable into
your language.
First of all, we will need information about how plurals are handled in
your Creole. Have a look at the "Plural Forms" section of
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/RosettaFAQ and give us this piece of
information.
After you do this, you'll be able to start translating Ubuntu.
Thanks for considering Rosetta for such an interesting language,
welcome!
