I don't understand this. As far as I remember, all the translations from
Hoary were moved automatically to Breezy, not only those that were upstream
already. That was very good.

I always thought one of the ideas of Rosetta was to have the translations in
Ubuntu even BEFORE they were upstream. It is even difficult to compare the
status in Rosetta and upstream, because the syncs occur very seldom. If
syncs were done more often, one could easily see how much is already
upstream (green).
