downtime for Rosetta

Hi,

Due to necessary physical relocation, there will be some downtime for
Launchpad services hosted by Canonical in its London Data Centre.

The work is scheduled to begin at 22:00 UTC on Saturday, 11th
February.  The expected downtime for all services is 90 minutes.
However the maintenance window for the work is 6 hours and there may
be some limited temporary loss of services throughout this period.

Apologies for the inconvenience and the lack of notice, which is the
result of circumstances beyond our control.

Affected services will include:

 o The Launchpad (including Rosetta, Soyuz and Malone)
