Too much choices in "Make suggestions from:" for Russian Language during translation of packet

It's still a problem in that you shouldn't *have* to choose whether you 
want to see suggestions from one or the other: if you want Russian 
suggestions, you should always get both.

I've reported this as a bug so we don't forget it.
