OO2 packages keep loosing translations

Hey guys,

This has happened several times in the last 2 months.  Pretty much all
of the OO2 packages have been completely translated to pt_BR.  But
every so often most of them have a few hundred strings marked for
revision or become completely unstranslated (but keep the
suggestions).  Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
