Errors handling

Hi all!

I think that it is necessary to add feature to the PO Parser which shoud
allow to handle errors for the creator of package in Rosetta. Via email, for
example.

So, if there is some problem with bracket symbols PO Parser in this case
should send alarm to the creator of package.
